We’ve rented a number of Arbnb and VRBO properties throughout USA and Mexico, this was overall the most beautifully furnished and well stocked rental. We loved the openness of the space, comfy bed & bedding, sparkling white linens, nice bathroom entities, comprehensives of the kitchen, coffee bar details, and so much more. Everything about this rental was easy, parking, checking-in, & instructions for everything needed were simple. This was a Martinez family visit trip, location was convenient to where we needed to be. We visited during cold March days, so we appreciated the coziness of the home and important to me was the heater and hot water, yes, basics, but you can’t always count on basics. This place was superb in every way! I’m guessing summer is also great, there is a cute yard, with outdoor sitting area. Lastly, I’ll sum it up by saying, it’s a model that should be used for all vacation rentals!
